1. The General Directorate of Environment, Water Economy
and Building Control is responsible for coordination
and monitoring the operation of all organizations
winning units subject to this, the collateral
of their orderly operation to deal with
problems and cases of their competence,
with an emphasis on the issuance of Environmental Standards
Commitments (PPD) of category B as you foresee
from the applicable legislation, the compliance control of
environmental conditions for activities and projects
according to the applicable law, in the protection
of the natural urban environment of the landscape, in
implementation of projects to upgrade the quality of life of
citizens of the Region. It must be in con-
cooperation with the relevant Ministries for
the best treatment of the problems and
cases under their jurisdiction.
