1. The General Directorate of Internal Operations is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the operation of all the organic units that fall under it, ensuring their orderly operation and dealing with problems and cases under their jurisdiction, especially in terms of improving administrative capacity of the Region and the provision of effective, efficient services to better serve the citizen, through the reorganization of its units, the redesign of their processes, the consolidation of transparency and accountability, the continuous improvement of the capacities and skills of its human resources, the design and implementation of innovative services using IT and communication technologies.
